I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in escape room, puzzle, and interactive entertainment activities involves physical activity in a themed environment that may include low lighting, physical props, confined spaces, and movement challenges. I understand that these conditions carry an inherent risk of injury.
I voluntarily choose to participate in activities offered at this venue. I confirm that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and will inform staff of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or other factors that may affect my participation. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff before and during the activity.
I acknowledge that I will handle all props and equipment with care, will not intentionally damage set pieces or equipment, and will exit the experience immediately if instructed to do so by staff. I understand that staff may monitor the session via camera for safety purposes.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless this venue, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, including claims of negligence.
